this emoticon is meant to display my optimism towards the chance that I will get my Internet fixed by tonight. I can't stand this any longer. Every morning I stand inside the MTR station right by Maxim bakery and reply as many messages as possible and at the same time really want to be selfish and spare some time to check mo liu stuff like facebook or something. Sorry friends I know I have been frustrating you guys for being so slow at replying msg!!!! Aiiiiii ok it seems like I haven't explained why my Internet broke down in the first place. There are many technical terms involved and I am clueless about technology. Basically electricity got cut for a while one day, which made the router or modem (?) shut down inproperly. Something burned and that thing was not working anymore. The smart NOW people came up and fix one thing, but didn't replace the thing that got damaged...
got so much to talk about but don't know where to start esp when i am forced to just use English! Anyway, today's breakfast was 3 Siu Mai and 3 Cheung Fun, according to the menu. But when I opened the bag, there was 3904823904 tiu Cheung Fun. I guess what the menu meant was that 3 very long Cheung Funs were cut into many sections. Ok sorry for rambling on and on about Cheung Fun, if you are still reading.
Miss you guys so much! You know what as a new resolution i was planning to start drinking more warm water because my brother told me that drinking warm water can make you live longer. But today when I passed by the breakfast place I just couldn't resist HK style iced tea. argh! Is it worth it to sacrifice a portion of your life for iced tea? Sometimes I secretly think, yes. How else can u survive Hong Kong humidity?
One more thing. How come people just can't understand that I LIKE AND HAVE TO REMAIN MESSY? Yesterday my domestic helper Ah Wi helped me to put my company ID card nicely on my shelf. I appreciate the help but I don't even look at my shelf in the morning. My mum also helped me to put my keys on my desk. Surprise, surprise. I forgot to bring both of my ID and my keys on the next day.The thing is, I normally put the stuff I need on the next day on the floor, because, how can u miss the floor? Then I will just brush everything I see on the floor into my bag. How convenient is that. Mum and Ah Wi, just remember that I have my own way of organizing. It may not sound logical to you but it makes perfect sense to me.
